| Botanical Name |
Acer palmatum ’Peaches & Cream’ |
| Common Name |
Peaches & Cream Japanese Maple |
| Description |
’Peaches-N-Cream’s’ spring foliage is peachy pink fading to creamy white. Both on our nursery and in publications, there seem to be many versions of color on this maple that we can only describe as "beautifully fickle." The reticulated bright green veins on the leaves provide an excellent contract to the lighter colored leaves. As with many lightly colored maples, it would prefer some morning sun and afternoon shade for best coloring. Should be a full shrub of about 8’ tall by about 4-5’ wide in 10 years. Leaves will turn a yellow gold in the fall, but will vary based on sun exposure. Zone 5-9 |
