| Description |
This tree has a graceful habit and soft, blue-green needles. ’Shalimar’ is a medium sized conifer, growing 40 feet tall in 30 years. It is broadly pyramidal when young, but develops a broad, flat-topped crown and gracefully weeping branches with maturity. ’Shalimar’ lives up to the standard of beauty held by the ’Himalayan Cedars’, with the benefit of also being hardy during harsh winter months.
