’Red Dragon’, newly introduced from New Zealand in 1990, is said to become the best-known red Laceleaf Maple in America. If our customer’s interest in this new variety is any indication, it may well become the standard for red Laceleafs. It has prized, well-appreciated qualities: dark purple-maroon foliage, spectacular color retention in the summer, and is a vigorous grower, yet well branched. Zone 5 - 7 |
