Broader and more compact than the Boulevard cypress, this Sawara Cypress has light blueish white needles that contort and curve at the ends. Its fluffy texture adds an interesting component to the landscape or conifer garden. 'Curly Tops' grows to 4-5' tall by 4-5' wide in 10 years eventually reaching 6' tall by 6' wide. It prefers full to partial sun. Found by Yamina Nursery in Australia in 1989. Zone 5-9
