Picea omorika 'Pendula' is the weeping form of the species. Its growth habit is somewhat dwarf and narrow with very exaggerated, cascading branchlets. This gives the "Weeping Serbian Spruce" the advantage of withstanding damage from heavy snow loads. Its needles embellish the beauty of this tree with their slight twist, revealing the silver underside. As it matures, 'Pendula's' beauty only increases.
