The powdery, slate-blue foliage of 'Sanders Blue' sets it apart visually from the other dwarf Albertas. Overtime, one will find that it is also slower and narrower growing than the species, as well, though it possesses the same dense growth habit. 'Sanders Blue' makes for a wonderful complement in the garden, especially when planted where a colorful contrast is needed. Zone 3 - 7
