This unusual Larch has branches that twist and turn, some would say resembling the Corylus avellana 'Contorta'. Even the needles make interesting twists and turns. Larix kaempferi 'Diana' is a soft, pretty green in spring and summer and then bright, golden orange in fall. It is at its best in winter when the needles drop, exposing the bare, twisting and turning branches. Zone 4 - 7
