As far as we know, and the world of nurseries is reporting, this is the bluest Hinoki yet! This new plant, 'Split Rock', is a compact, slow-growing pyramidal plant that has green adult foliage accompanied by blue juvenile foliage, giving the plant a textural interest. The growth habit is dwarf upright, but full. We anticipate 'Split Rock' to gain rapid popularity as more gardeners are exposed to this interesting, blue beauty. Zone 4 - 8
