'Graciosa' was developed in Europe where it was first observed as a sport on 'Nana Gracilis'. 'Graciosa' grows much quicker, with the growth rate and habit being similar to the Compact Hinoki Cypress, but has more finely cut foliage which gives it a delicate appearance. The lighter green, lacy looking foliage is very attractive and presentable with only light shearing. It attains a broad, conical shape between eight and ten feet high, and prefers full sun with well-drained soil. Zone 4 - 8
