For over 100 years this cultivar has been dignified for a multitude of reasons. The 'Osakazuki' Maple is one that customers are always trying to identify in the fall after seeing its autumn color. 'Osakazuki' is a sturdy, upright grower with large seven-lobed palmate green leaves that turn its famous crimson color in the fall. The color is so intense that it rivals any deciduous tree. Its eagerness to grow puts it at a mature height of about 15 to 18 feet. Zone 5 - 7.
