![]() Bizon Nursery Credit Application Bizon Nursery will confirm your order in early fall. Any adjustments to your order should be made promptly and no later than December 15. Purchasers who adhere to this policy are given priority on future confirmations. Order Adjustments Cancellations cannot be accepted after December 15. Due to our wet winters and springs, we must begin digging in November to have our plants ready for shipment in March. As a result, late cancellations are often already dug and healed in sawdust. Cancellations made by December 15 allow us to offer these plants at the winter trade shows. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. Minimum Order We recommend a minimum order of $3,500.00 or 10,000 lbs. Meeting and exceeding this minimum will ensure that your order can be shipped in a timely fashion and that you can obtain the maximum economy for your freight dollar. Terms of Sale Terms are cash with order unless credit is established. A 25% deposit is requested with all orders. To those who have established credit with us, our terms are strictly net 30 days from the date of invoice. Past due accounts are subject to a monthly service charge on the unpaid balance at rate of 1.5%. In order to establish credit with us, we request a confidential credit application to be completed which includes reliable nursery references and the name of your bank. Substitutions Due to conditions beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a full grade lower or higher without customer notification unless the order specifies that you cannot accept specific changes. This can be done for individual varieties, or the entire order. Warranty and Claims We extend our best efforts toward proper labeling and grading but will in no case be held responsible in excess of purchase price of the plants. Claims for shortages of unsatisfactory material or damage must be received within five (5) days upon receipt of the material and be accompanied by a signed receipt from the delivering carrier. All unsatisfactory goods must be held for our advice or disposition generally conducted by your sales representative. Any freight claims (material damaged in transit or shortages) must be reported on the Bill of Landing and submitted to the carrier, and a copy must be submitted immediately to Bizon Nursery. Liability in all instances is limited to the purchase price. Prices The prices in our inventory availability override all previous prices. All prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping One of our top priorities is how to transport your order to you affordably. All freight cost is separate, and not included in the price of our product. We take great measures to ensure we are finding inexpensive freight rates to your area. Freight charges are direct billed (broker terms vary), unless otherwise specified from our office. We request one weeks notice for all shipping and/or pick-up orders. Please arrange to have your material shipped or picked up by May 15.
